Bhatia, Director

He is designated as Dean with IIBM, New Delhi.
Demonstrated skills in leading and managing large
talented teams coupled with exceptional communication
abilities. Experience of facilitating/ coaching
budding managers by using interactive discussions
and "hands-on" approaches to help students
learn and apply concepts in subjects. Demonstrated
exceptional abilities in corporate communication,
image and brand building, media planning as well
as implementing corporate communications strategies.

Anu Arora- HR/Admission Head
She carries to her credit about 7 years of work
experience which includes industry as well as
academics. She has completed her Post Graduate
Degree in Business Administration with HR Specialization.
Subsequent to that, she did her MBA in International
Business Management.
She also has a broad experience of four years
of teaching subjects related to Fashion Marketing
& Promotion, Marketing & Export Management
and Computer Aided Design. The Guest Lectures
undertaken with NCDPD, Ministry Of Textiles, Govt.
Of India in Merchandising & Marketing add
to her credentials. Presently, she is working
as HR/Admissions Head with International Institute
of Business Management, New Delhi and has contributed
immensely in the inception of the Institute and

Mr.Abhinav
Rathor, Lecturer, International Business &
Principles and Practices of Management
He is a holder of Bachelor Degree in Commerce
from Venketeshwara College (Delhi University),
Masters in Public Administration from Andhra University
and an MBA from Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai.
He is pursuing his PhD, and has an excellent track
record of teaching subjects like International
Business, International Marketing, Marketing management,
Retail Management, Organization Behavior, and
Export Management. He has corporate exposure of
two years and has experience of working as Assistant
Manager in C.L International (SLM). He has also
assisted in several short-term projects under
various organizations and has teaching experience
in various institutions in Delhi. |
Ms.Juhi
Singh, Lecturer for Business Research Methodology
and Outsourcing
A Delhi University Graduate in Arts with a high
first division, an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University,
Madurai, with dual specialization in Marketing
and Human Resource. She has knowledge of foreign
languages like French and German. To support her
knowledge of French, she has acquired a diploma
in French from YMCA. Regarding her industry experience,
she has a consolidated experience of two years
in Marketing field with companies like Religare,
Tata Indicom etc. Presently, she is serving at
IIBM as Faculty and in her interactive methodology
of teaching, she uses her practical learning. |

She is B-Tech in Computer Science and has done
her PGDBM from Symbiosis, Pune having 3 years
of experience which includes 2 years in Industry

Masters in Hypnotics from California Hypnosis
Institute.

University and has 5 years of experience. He
is currently the Head of Communication Department
at CIA Lingua, a center of city & guilds,
London. He has taught in more than 10 colleges.

Kaul- Lecturer for Marketing Management, Advertising
Management and Consumer Behaviour
She is graduated in Advertising and Sales Promotions
from Delhi University and Post Graduate in MBA
from Pune University.
She has worked at Citi Financials, New Delhi as
Manager in the Service and Quality department
from 2001 to 2005 unit dealt with customer issues
and redressals.
She has also worked at EMPI B School in the ADCOMM

A PhD holder in finance & Banking from Delhi
School of Economics, University of Delhi. He has
been teaching in Delhi University since last ten
(10) years. During that period, he has already
taught in Sri Ram College of Commerce, Sri Venkateshwar,
Saheed Bhagat Singh and is currently associated
with Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College, North
Campus, as permanent faculty.
Apart from this, Dr. Sahu is also a visiting faculty
in Delhi School of Economics, Rukmani Devi Institute
of Advanced Studies and Tecnia Advanced Studies,
to teach MBA students in the area of Finance,
Accounting and Taxation. He has published various

Sr.Lecturer for French

Alliance Français, presently she is pursuing
MBA from Symbiosis (Pune) with specialization
in International Business. A topper in French
board examination at senior secondary level,
she carries 2 years of industry experience in
translation with leading organizations. She
has worked as French faculty at International
School for Business and Media (ISBM, Delhi)
and British School of languages.
Presently, she is associated with Rai Foundation
since July, 2004 and is working as visiting
faculty for business schools like: IBS, IILM,
IIBM and BSB. Her future plans include pursuing
M.A in French, in order to impart better quality
of education to the coming generation and to
reach a new milestone of her career. She has
always been a member of various societies at
the school level & participated actively
in various Cultural and Dance Programs. Her

HR), B.Sc.(Hons) Chemistry. Has eleven
years of rich Corporate and Industrial experience
at various organizational levels. Presently,
is the CEO of a fast growing Medical Consumables
manufacturing organization. Is also a qualified
Naturopath and Yoga Specialist. Has conducted
numerous workshops titled 'Anger-Stress-Energy-Time
(ASET) Management', 'Memory Management', and
'Organizing One-Self'. His areas of interest
are 'Operations Management', 'Market Research',
'Industrial Marketing', and 'Advertising and
Sales Promotion'.
